AUCTION CATALOGUE & BUYER’S NOTES
Intending buyers can register prior to auction commencing and obtain a bidder’s number. The following details are required for registration – DATE, NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER & LICENCE NUMBER The bidder is required to show their driver’s licence to Morisset Auctions staff upon registration for identification purposes.
All bidders agree with Morisset Auctions to be bound by the conditions of Auction.
All electrical items sold in the auction are sold AS IS. We encourage buyers to inspect goods before auction starts. No refunds will be given
Any item is considered sold on the fall of the hammer.Morisset Auctions will take any offers received on unsold items to the vendor.
Any breakages must be paid for by the person responsible for the damage.
NO WARRANTIES are given as to any goods unless stated in this catalogue and NO information or advice given by any Morisset Auctions staff constitutes any warranty or representation by Morisset Auctions.
Particulars, descriptions, measurements and quantities in this catalogue are for the purpose of identification of the lot and are not warranty in any way as to the correctness thereof.
Payment IN FULL of balance due to be made before purchase can be collected. Payment can be made by cash.
There is a fee of 15% buyers premium.
Purchases cannot be collected until receipt of payment in full invoice and goods have been verified by authorised Morisset Auctions personnel situated at the entrance to the auction room.
Purchases must be collected by end of day of auction. Or collection of large auction goods can be arranged with Paul. Buyers must remove goods themselves.
Safety shoes must be work and we request NO Children for safety reasons. Morisset Auction will not be held responsible for any injuries or public liability.
